Hi, I’m Ria (@theclickwitch), your photographer, embodiment guide, and the woman fully convinced that seeing yourself as art is one of the most powerful ways to remember who you actually are.

I believe fun is a frequency… and most of us aren’t getting nearly enough of it.
Being the muse reconnects you with your body, interrupts old narratives, and invites a self-identity that feels claimed rather than questioned. It’s body liberation in motion, rooted in curiosity, play, and presence.

My portrait experiences are light, playful, grounding, and transformative. Clients often tell me,

“This is exactly what I needed,”

and walk away feeling like we created a core memory.

I call this photographic healing, a blend of creativity, embodiment, and therapeutic play that shifts your self-image from something you critique into something you inhabit fully.

I cannot wait to make art with you as the muse.

let's make art!

“I really needed to get out of my head and into my body. Just being in the woods already made a difference in my energy, but that warm water surrounded by trees and birds was a game changer. Titties out in the wild foever!!!!

With the whirlwind life I have taken on, it was so nice to slow down and just be in my body like that. Even my “least favorite” photo is making me feel something. Like self acceptance. Like I am totally beautiful in my imperfections.”

Ria, simply put, thank you. Thank you for thinking of me and caring about me and my journey. You've literally seen me grow in all ways throughout this crazy life. Thank you for making me so comfortable during this process and for capturing me the way you did. I honestly had a blast, and we laughed a lot! Most importantly thank you for being a safe space. Talking with you and telling you my story was so easy because of how genuine and caring you are.

You asked me a few questions in an email and I figured I could answer one here publicly for you and anyone else interested in reading this. You asked "What would little Sam say to big Sam?" Honestly, I dont know. Little Sam never thought big Sam would or could ever get here. Little Sam was willing to settle being tortured every day of our life because I thought it was easier than saying my truth out loud. I would love to tell you that little Sam would say "I'm glad you hung in there, we knew it would get better" but I never thought it would. My soul was in the wrong vessel from the start and I knew that all along. I couldn't believe the person looking back in the mirror was me because inside I knew that wasn't real. That's something I say a lot now since my transition, I finally feel like a real human. Little Sam would probably cry behind closed doors again but this time in pure happiness and tell this Sam that they are proud that we never truly gave up even when that's all we ever wanted to do.”

-Sam

“Before this photoshoot, I was prompted if I have an alter ego. I didn’t have an answer in the moment, but I spend some time thinking about her, if she was there, and realized I did-to some extent. My ego has spend the last 6 months recovering, resting, and nurturing itself, as I recognized and accepted that I was struggling mentally and emotionally. Through this healing, I really have felt what it means to look out for myself. Taking care of my ego has shed light onto my alter ego, my forest nymph, who is ethereal and unwavering in her existence, here for herself, and connected to the universe. ”
